Behind Event Horizon Tickets are two label owners, DJs and promoters with over 40 years of shared experience in the music and events industry. We didn’t build this business because we spotted a gap in the market. We built it because we spent decades on the other side of it — promoting events, managing line-ups, dealing with ticketing companies that didn’t really understand what we needed — and eventually decided to do something about it.

Event Horizon Tickets exists to give promoters, venues and customers a genuinely better experience: one built on real knowledge of how events work, what audiences expect, and what can go wrong at 11pm on a Saturday night when you need someone to pick up the phone.

We’re not the biggest ticketing platform. We don’t want to be. We take on a select number of partners at any one time because we’d rather do a brilliant job for a few than an average one for many.

We also believe that the events industry — and the communities it creates — is worth investing in. That’s why we donate a portion of our profits each year to charitable causes, chosen in partnership with the promoters and artists we work with.
